"I've known Taylor Horton since he was a young kid living next door and shooting basketball in my driveway and in the past 25 years or so I've watched him grow up and develop into an outstanding young man. I think Taylor's most impressive attribute is that he is a critical thinker. He thinks for himself and does not always accept "conventional wisdom" and does not believe everything he hears or reads. As a result of this trait he has great analytical skills which I believe will serve him well in managing and navigating the complexities of the insurance business, and the insurance industry as a whole. The only limits for Taylor are those others will try (and fail) to put on him. He's not afraid to challenge the status quo and be a part of making something easier or better. He's honest and loyal and dedicated and he welcomes a challenge. Also a huge Duke fan, but I don't hold that against him. You're very welcome Kristen. "Worst agency I have ever dealt with. Kristen Martin looked us dead in the eye promising help and assured us that she never had unhappy customers. All turned out to be untrue. State Farm dragged their feet in assessing the claim, blamed delays on everyone but themselves and when their delays caused us to exceed the allotted rental coverage washed their hands of the situation saying that their was nothing they could do. Kristen’s assurance we worthless. A waste of time dealing with them. Save money and go online or get an agency that is willing to help. This one is not it. Beware."

"Service was horrible been with this company for years. The office reps that answer the phone give out wrong information to customer about claims, funny thing is the rep told me they can't speak on claims because they're not licensed why are they answering call and giving out wrong info. Now I'm stuck with a rental bill for $300 b/c the rep never explained after 30 days I'll be responsible for the rental cost. She instead told me if I need more time with the rental LET THEM KNOW. Guess what I did, and they made it seem like it was okay. KRISTEN, you need to educate you staff and customer this is not a good look for you."
