Josh was the one who initially helped me find coverage, answered all my bajillion questions, and even stayed after hours on a Friday on the phone with me to make sure everything was squared away!

Nely Leon at Kristen Martin's office was the agent that helped me with facilitating communications with the claims department. This woman was absolutely amazing. I explained my issue with my car claim. She was very compassionate and fought for me to get everything sorted. I wouldn't want anyone else to help me with a similar situation. She was remarkable and efficient in providing the best results!
